Returns Policy & Shipping 

Hours of Operation 

Monday-Friday, 10AM until 8PM, EST, excluding weekends and major USA holidays.  

Shipping Policy

All orders will ship after 3-10 business days (can take longer due to Covid-19, sales and holidays). 


**Keep in mind, products are liable to be out of stock at any given time of the month or simply unavailable based on what is pre-made or ready to ship.  

All orders will be receive a tracking number via email (check spam or junk mail).


**Keep in mind, during high volume sales times, new releases and/or special promotions may take longer to ship out items.  If you do order during a sale, new release and/or special promotions, expect 10-15 business days for your order to be shipped. 

Orders processed with additional items added during the process will take a few additional days depending on which stage your items is in processing.  Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly.   Our Team only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.   

**Time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee. 


Please allow between 1-5 business days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email. 

Damaged Packages

All packages are shipped Priority Mail and insured through USPS. This includes broken, damaged, or missing items. 

If your packages has arrived damaged, please send photographic evidence, along with pertinent order information to

Return Policy 

All orders that are placed can be refunded within 24 hours of purchase.  All orders are final sale after the 24 hours expiration.  Unless an error occurred on the behalf of Lana The Influencer, LLC. 


We do not process any returns/exchanges.  There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and fulfilled.  Should you have any issues with your order or incorrect product, please contact customer service via email:

If an item is returned to our location due to incorrect address provided by the buyer, we will charge a reshipment fee of $10.00

Please allow 24-48 business hours from the date your email is sent, to be reviewed and responded to.  Should your inquiry require more investigation attention or processing, please allow 48 more business hours to review and respond.  

Lost or Stolen Packages 

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  

Stolen items are not insured through USPS or Lana The Influencer, LLC.

The only time we will issue a store credit is when tracking confirms that the package was lost during transit, expect shipping cost, and not for any packages that states delivered in mailbox/porch/reception etc. 


At this time we are not participating in wholesale.
